ACTIVITY FIELD DESCRIPTION

  • The retailing company “Evrotek” was made in 2006 as structural unit of Companies Group “Evrotek”. The main subject of RC: the prompt and qualitative development of the retail network “Fresh”. The functional scheme of the retailing company allows controlling all the processes of the project development.
  • The retailing company “Evrotek” is the guide company for the new retail trade mark “Fresh” – food supermarket and mini-hypermarket networks.
  • There are two European formats:
    supermarket – everyday purchase store,
    mini-hypermarket – everyday and everyweek purchase store.
    Retail sale formats characteristic:
    Supermarket
    trade area – 1300 sq. m.
    basic clients – district habitants in 10-15 min zone of pedestrian traffic.
    goods offer – FPC (fresh prods and cookery) and MCG (mass-consuming goods)
    range – 10-12 thousand items.
    Food/Non Food relation – 80/20
    Mini-hypermarket
    trade area – 2400 sq. m.
    basic clients – district habitants in 10-15 min zone of pedestrian traffic + motorists.
    goods offer – FPC (fresh prods and cookery) and MCG (mass-consuming goods) + Non Food season offers
    range – 20-30 thousand items
    Food/Non Food relation – 60/40


DEVELOPMENT PLANS

  • End 2010:
    Retail food network represented by 29 mini-hypermarkets, 46 supermarkets and 4 distributive centres.
    The strategic, budget, process and project management system is realized.
    The management system is standardized and totally atomized.
    The Company enters to the TOP-5 of food retail sale in Ukraine.
