Development Company “Evrotek” was founded in 2006 year as group of companies “Evrotek” structural unit. Major task of the DC: efficient and qualitative territorial developing of the retail net “Fresh”. Functional structure of the developing company allows controlling all stage and processes of the project development – from affinity appraisal of potential regions, development of architectural and economical conception until building following and providing exploiting of a commercial realty object.

• MARKETING RESEARCH
  Choice of site for a new trade putlet location begins from detailed investigation of potential and demographic characteristics of region, competitive level, analysis of market dynamics, and local analysis of object location.
• DESING DIRECTION
  Specialists of company thoroughly possess of control methods of main design and building processes in Ukraine: draft developing, feasibility study, preparation of initially-resolving documentation, preconstruction simulation, town planning, and staff recruitment for working “turnkey”. Specialists of bundling department realize planning of lodgment under format of the trade putlet, plant arrangement, draft and detail designing.
• LEASE OF MARKET-PLACE
