Motivation SystemIn the remuneration policy Company “Evrotek” integrated the advanced Western practices in labor management with the best domestic traditions in this sphere. Our wages system is transparent and equal for all positions. It is based on the key performance indicator (KPI) and comprises wage rate (guaranteed salary) and variable part (bonuses). And the higher the employee’s position, the larger percent has variable part, and vice-versa. The variable part depends upon monthly appraisal of the employee’s performance by his manager on the base of adopted criteria. These criteria are measurable, clear, well-known and achievable. Thus we get our employee interested in the results of his performance and give him the opportunity to influence the size of his income. The employees are induced to the effective work not only by the material, but also by the intellectual values of the Company, not only by the high wages and social guarantees, but also by the goals, for which the employees would like to strive. Not only the Company’s objects, equipment and technologies are of great importance for the personnel, but also the Company’s corporate culture. It is composed of a number of components, the most valuable of which are the Company’s values.
