The Company not only pays much attention to the staff training, this is a key investment and efforts sphere. It’s insufficient just to recruit a good team for standard formation in the field of retail trade in Ukraine. It’s necessary to have a sound system of staff training and development, which could:

  • satisfy the Company’s demand in skilled staff for opening of new shops and their subsequent successful functioning;
  • develop the corporate culture inside the Company and high standards of relationships with the partners and clients;
  • plan the advanced training of experienced staff, which allows to keep valuable workers in the Company and to fill in the vacancies at the new sales outlets;
  • provide the most up-to-date knowledge to the Company’s managers and specialists, who are the important decision-makers, trying to increase competitiveness on the highly competitive market;
  • integrate knowledge and skills into practice quickly and effectively with the help of experienced team of trainers and elaborated system of tutorship and coaching*.

Just because of this each newcomer to the Company goes through an adaptation procedure. The adaptation means the process of acquaintance with the Company’s activities and personnel, aims and tasks of his job, as well as with the rules, procedures and working standards. The adaptation process in our Company is very easy for the newcomer, as we have detailed rules, standards and procedures concerning all directions of the work. Through the adaptation process the Company gives an advice about the desirable behavior in the organization. The employee has just to adopt the successful modes of behavior.
The Company’s staff training and appraisal is organized in the TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER. It is located in the Central office of the Company and represents the part of “Evrotek” Personnel management department. Besides we have training rooms at every sales outlet, and practical training takes place straight in the sales hall under the direction of experienced instructor.

WHO IS TRAINED?

  • All new employees at the sales outlets. We developed base training programs for all line and executive positions.
  • All new office employees receive training in rules, standards, procedures and types of documentation, adopted in the Company.
  • All employees who already work in the Company are trained in the framework of advanced training program to increase their professional and personal merits. There is permanent training system, which allows upgrade one's skills working at any position.
  • All employees, who represent the career reserve of the Company are trained with the view of their promotion. In the case of new key vacancies at the shops and offices we first of all rely upon our employees, who are included in the Company’s career reserve.
  • All instructors and managers are trained to improve their managing skills and ability in passing knowledge.
  • Employees, specialists and managers, who play the key role in their field and whose contribution to the Company’s development is highly appreciated, are encouraged to get additional education in our country or abroad, with the respective certification.
