Our Attitude towards Partners.

Our Partners are those enterprises which help us to build and equip supermarkets, those who advise us in relation to business organization, who finance us, sew and deliver uniform to us, who help to keep and increase our capital, hire and train personnel, i.e. everyone who has any relation to our business directly or indirectly.

In order to realize our aims, we need proved and reliable partners who can provide us with solid back-up and work with us in environment of mutual respect and trust on reciprocal base. We are oriented towards permanent and long-term relations when successes of our network development would positively influence the reputation and profits of our partners. Such an approach enables us to support high operational standards and perform our obligations in relation to the personnel, customers and society. Each partner company despite its size, contract volumes, place of location, nationality, and all other constitute a part of us therefore we treat our partners as ourselves. We respect our partners and make our best for mutual comfort in cooperation and/or communication.

Due to high demands to the quality of products and services which we afford to ultimate consumers, we conduct thorough selection of our external contractors for possible cooperation. During selection, we are guided by the principle “It is better to see, understand and assess once than hear seven times”. We do not rely solely upon other’s references and opinions but personally verify the quality of offered product once and once again. During selection of partners of great importance for us is that a company shall have documents on management system (including quality certificate) certifying the transparency of all the processes and procedures, predictability and organization in cooperation. We form and meet high quality requirements ourselves and look forward to cooperation with similar enterprises.
