Our History

• 1995 – foundation of close corporation "Evrotek". The company supplies fuel to agricultural enterprises and trade with grains and sunflower seeds.
• 1998-2000 – “Evrotek” acquired several manufacturing enterprises and founded group of companies “Evrotek”. The group of companies include 2 solvent-extraction plants, 13 enterprises where grains are stored and processed, and one bread-baking plant. The company stepped into the third millennium owing large production capacities. 
• 2003 – the company begins production of refined vegetable oil in plastic bottle. Trade mark “Stozhar” was created and registered for new product. The production is based on latest technologies.
• 2004 – management system including production management of Group of companies “Evrotek” was certified according to international standard of quality control system ISO 9001:2000.
• 2005 – trade mark “Stozhar” became the third among the Ukrainian sunflower oil trade marks. Ukrainian customers appreciated the quality of sunflower oil “Stozhar”.
• 2006 – shareholders of close corporation “Evrotek”: the shareholders took decision to sell production facilities and invest in dynamically developing market of food retailing.
